Do parents need to be present?
No. You don’t need to be on campus. Your student is there for pickup, and we handle the rest. You can book and manage everything from home.
Is storage insured?
Yes. Every order includes item protection coverage. Your student’s belongings are protected from pickup through return delivery.
Where are items stored?
In a secure, climate-controlled facility with 24/7 video monitoring. Items stay protected from heat and humidity all summer.
How do I know my student’s belongings are safe?
Each box is logged with a digital inventory record. The facility is monitored, the pickup team is trained and bonded, and coverage is included on every order.
What happens if plans change?
Reach out and we’ll adjust your pickup or delivery. Our team is available throughout move-out season to help with changes.
How is delivery scheduled for the fall?
Before the new semester, we coordinate a return delivery to your student’s new address. You pick the timing that works.
What items are prohibited?
Standard restrictions apply: no perishables, hazardous materials, flammables, or illegal items. Everyday dorm belongings are all welcome.
